本文旨在于研究口腔鳞癌细胞染色体结构的异常。材料和方法:从40例口腔鳞癌中选择18例。瘤细胞是从癌组织碎片中分离取出来的,放在混悬液组织培养基中孵化2小时,该培养基中含有乙酰甲基秋水仙碱(Colcemid)(1ug/ml)。然后在37℃条件下,以低渗的0.065M的KCL处理30分钟,固定于含3份冰醋酸7份甲醇的新鲜固定液中,标本滴在干净载物片上保持在-20℃酒精中,自然干燥,常规Giemsa染色,癌细胞之核型和染色体数目放大100倍照像。根据1966年芝加哥会
This article aims to study the abnormal chromosome structure of oral squamous cell carcinoma. Materials and Methods: 18 cases were selected from 40 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma. Tumor cells were isolated from cancer tissue fragments and incubated for 2 hours in suspension tissue culture medium containing Accemid (1 ug/ml). Then it was treated with hypotonic 0.065M KCL at 37°C for 30 minutes, fixed in fresh fixative containing 3 parts of glacial acetic acid and 7 parts of methanol. The sample was dropped on the clean slide and kept at -20°C. It was naturally dried, stained with conventional Giemsa, and the karyotype and chromosome number of the cancer cells were amplified 100-fold. According to the 1966 Chicago Conference
