在新课程改革的大背景下,中学德育的实效性需要对各种课程资源进行有效的开发与整合利用,而物质课程资源的有限性又使得课程人力资源的整合利用被提上日程。生活化和实践性是中学德育课程的核心特质,如何从课程人力资源的现状出发,以课程发展的视野,重新审视今天德育工作中资源与实效之间的关系,是德育工作者无法回避的时代命题。从社区的角度分析,创设学校与社区的对话机制、互动机制、利益驱动机制是实现对社区人力资源优化利用,提升德育实效的必由之路。
