点评:美国国家导弹防御系统再次试验失败后,美国的决策层成员,从政府高官,如国防部长科恩,到国会中的共和党议员,再到两名总统候选人,异口同声表示尽管试验一再失败,美国仍应下决心尽快部署国家导弹防御系统。但美国舆论,包括各家主流媒体,却与政府唱起了反调。至少也表示异议,觉得这是一块“烫手山芋”,不能操之过急。这种强烈的反差,确是一个十分有趣的现象。
