农作物秸秆因具有保温隔热性能,自古以来就是一种良好的建筑材料。随着科学技术的进步,以农作物秸秆为原料的复合墙体材料制造技术已在中国得到发展。包括:平压法秸秆复合墙体、挤压法秸秆复合墙体、模压法秸秆复合墙体。笔者综述了3种墙体材料生产工艺、产品性能及其用途的研究现状和发展趋势。农作物秸秆墙体材料具有轻质、保温隔热以及吸音等特性,是一种理想的可用于室内或室外的建筑材料,在中国具有广阔的发展前景。
Because of its thermal insulation properties, crop straw has been a good building material since ancient times. With the progress of science and technology, the technology of manufacturing composite wall materials using crop stalks as raw materials has been developed in China. Including: Stratagene straw composite wall, extruded straw composite wall, molded straw composite wall. The author summarizes the three kinds of wall materials production technology, product performance and its use of research status and trends. Crop stalks wall materials with light, thermal insulation and sound-absorbing properties, is an ideal for indoor or outdoor building materials, has broad prospects for development in China.
