近日,针对意大利BTSR公司诉慈溪太阳洲纺织科技有限公司在“2010与2012中国国际纺织机械展览会暨ITMA亚洲博览会”上生产销售并当场展出、宣传的一款型号为“SEA”系列“电子导纱电眼”产品,使用了与BTSR公司的IS3W/HS纱线传感器产品近乎完全相同的装潢以及与BTSR公司知名商品特有名称近似的名称的知识产权官司二审尘埃落定,法院判定该侵权诉讼缺乏有力依据,慈溪太阳洲纺织科技公司产品不构成不正当竞争,驳回上诉,维持原判。
