患者男性 ,2 5岁 ,农民。因进行性胸闷、气促、消瘦 2个月 ,双侧乳房肿胀 1个月 ,伴高热 3天入院。既往体健 ,无慢性咳喘及肺结核史 ,无烟酒等嗜好。无头晕、头痛及视力、视野改变 ,查体见双侧乳房对称肿大 ,呈女性化发育 ,皮肤光整 ,乳头 (突 )凸起无溢液。头颅ＣＴ示 :蝶鞍完
