起重机械在建设工程、货物仓储、工厂生产、码头上货和轮船卸货等过程中有着广泛的应用,它为国民经济的发展起到了重要的支撑作用。焊接的质量直接关系到起重机械钢结构的质量性能。起重机械钢结构的焊接方式不同,材质不同,其焊接的工艺也不一样的。归纳一般起重机械钢结构的焊接工艺流程,主要有母材分析检验、表面清理、母材预热、焊接接头坡口与焊剂的选择、焊接、焊后应力消除等步骤。起重机械钢结构首次运用的焊接方法、材料、接头方式焊接参数与位置以及热处理措施等组合条件中,还需要开展焊接工艺的评定。
