目的:探讨节段性分析法在胎儿心脏超声检查中的方法和临床价值。方法:用此法检查了236例具有先天性心脏病高危因素的胎儿,分析包括心房、心室、大血管的辨认及心房心室、心室大血管连接的判断。结果:17例超声检查有明显的心内结构异常,随访发现均为复杂性和严重性先心病,3例单纯性室间隔缺损漏诊。结论:①节段性分析法在胎儿心脏的超声检查中是必需的,它能帮助发现许多胎儿心脏的结构异常,这些多数是严重的、复杂性的先心病,对于妊娠筛选、分娩处理及产后干预有重要意义。②节段性分析法对单纯性先心病有局限性。③胎儿四腔心切面能显示心脏的许多解剖结构,是进行节段性分析检查的重要切面
Objective: To explore the method and clinical value of segmental analysis in fetal cardiac ultrasonography. Methods: A total of 236 fetuses with risk factors for congenital heart disease were examined by this method. The analysis included the identification of atria, ventricles and major vessels, and the judgment of atrial and ventricular large vessel connections. Results: There were obvious cardiac structural abnormalities in 17 cases of ultrasound examination. All patients were followed up with complicated and severe congenital heart disease. Three cases of simple ventricular septal defect were missed. Conclusions: ① The segmental analysis method is necessary in the ultrasonographic examination of the fetus heart. It can help to find out the structural abnormalities of many fetal hearts. These majorities are serious and complex congenital heart diseases. For pregnancy screening, delivery treatment and postpartum Intervention is important. ② segmental analysis of simple congenital heart disease have limitations. ③ fetal four-chamber heart section can show many anatomical structures of the heart, is an important section for the analysis of the inspection section
