目的 :了解血小板第 4因子对60 Co 射线照射后小鼠体内造血的作用。方法 :实验鼠用PF4注射两次 ,间隔 6h ,第 2次注射后 2 0h给予 7.5Gy的60 Co 射线一次性全身照射 ,第 8天时检查粒 巨噬系集落形成单位 (CFU GM)及细胞周期的变化 ;第30天时检查小鼠的存活率。结果 :PF4注射 8d后能明显增加CFU GM及骨髓单个核细胞的数量 ;30d后实验鼠的存活率及存活期亦见增加。结论 :PF4能延长小鼠的生存时间 ,增加小鼠的存活率 ,加速体内CFU GM的恢复。
Objective: To understand the effect of platelet factor 4 on hematopoiesis in mice after 60Co irradiation. Methods: Rats were injected with PF4 twice a day for 6 hours and irradiated with 7.5 Gy 60Co-ray at 20 hours after the second injection. Whole-body irradiation was performed on the 8th day. Results: After PF4 injection for 8 days, the number of CFU GM and bone marrow mononuclear cells significantly increased.
