本文测定了十一种苯乙腈及其衍生物的环己烷/水分配系数(Ks1w)和三氯甲烷/水分配系数(Ks2w),并把二种分配系数分别同对应化合物的正辛醇/水分配系数(Kow)比较,其相关方程分别为:log Kow=0.788 log Ks1w+0.894(n=9,Υ=0.922)和log Kow=0.876 log Ks2w=0.197(n=11,Υ=0.941)。将两个方程同Leo A的溶剂相关方程比较,得出:苯乙腈及其衍生物在有机相和水相的分配过程中是以苯环为主要基团参与分配的。
In this paper, the cyclohexane / water partition coefficient (Ks1w) and the chloroform / water partition coefficient (Ks2w) of eleven phenylacetonitrile and its derivatives were determined and the partition coefficients of the two compounds were respectively compared with those of the corresponding compounds of n-octanol / (Kow = 0.788 log Ks1w + 0.894 (n = 9, Y = 0.922) and log Kow = 0.876 log Ks2w = 0.197 (n = 11, Y = 0.941). By comparing the two equations with the solvent-related equation of Leo A, it is concluded that phenylacetonitrile and its derivatives are involved in the partitioning of benzene ring as the main group in the distribution of organic phase and aqueous phase.
