边境民族地区因历史、地理等各方面的原因,长期以来经济发展落后,民生问题比较突出。改善边境民族地区民生,应坚持突出重点、分步实施、整体推进的指导方针和工作思路;着力加大政策支持力度。建立项目建设和后续管理长效机制,支持边境地区产业发展。
Due to historical and geographical reasons, border ethnic areas have lagged behind in economic development for a long time, and their livelihood problems have become more prominent. To improve the people’s livelihood in border ethnic areas, we should adhere to the guidelines and working ideas that give prominence to priorities, implement step by step and promote the whole as a whole, and make great efforts to increase policy support. Establish a long-term mechanism for project construction and follow-up management to support industrial development in border areas.
