十八大报告中明确指出将立德树人作为教育的根本任务,这也就是将德育工作放在了高校教育的重要位置。在剖析立德树人根本任务基本内涵的基础上,深刻认识到立德树人根本任务的独特价值,并从高校教师的角度分析了通过音乐教育实现立德树人根本任务的可行性和现实意义,结合高校实际情况,建设性地提出了切实有效的实施办法,为高校音乐教育如何实现立德树人根本任务提出构想。
