作者试制了硬质合金钻头,进行了用硬质合金钻头钻铸铁的实验。从实验的结果证明,硬质合金钻头比高速钢钻头的切削性能要高得多。本文对于试制钻头所用的材料、制作的过程、实验的目的和结果,都作了详细的叙述。此外本文还研究了高速钻孔的特点,采用高速钻削必备的条件、硬质合金钻头与高速钢钻头的不同处、硬质合金钻头的技术条件与合理的几何形状,并比较了硬质合金钻头与高速钢钻头的生产率。
The author experimented with a carbide drill bit and experimented with cast iron using a carbide drill. The experimental results show that the cutting performance of carbide drill is much higher than that of HSS drill. This article made a detailed description of the materials used in trial drilling, the production process, the purpose and results of the experiment. In addition, this paper also studied the characteristics of high-speed drilling, using the necessary conditions of high-speed drilling, carbide drill bits and high-speed steel drill bit of the difference between the technical conditions and reasonable carbide carbide geometry, and more rigid Alloy drill and high speed steel drill bit productivity.
