将7条犬的左喉返神经、喉上神经外支切断后,以左颈袢主支植入左声带内收肌中,6个月后用张力换能器检测。结果7条犬术侧甲杓肌均有收缩反应,收缩强度为正常侧的38%~92%;最大单收缩时间较正常侧延长13%~36%。提示肌肉收缩特性的研究能较准确地反映再神经支配后肌功能恢复情况。
The left canine recurrent nerve and supraclavicular nerve extracranial branches of the dogs were cut off and implanted into the left adductor adductor muscle with the main branch of the left cervical spine. Six months later, they were detected with a tension transducer. Results The results showed that the contractile responses of 7 cases of canine dipper were lower than those of the normal side. The contractile strength was 38% ~ 92% of the normal side and the maximum systolic time was 13% ~ 36% longer than that of the normal side. Suggest that the study of muscle contraction characteristics can more accurately reflect the recovery of muscle function after rehabilitative nerve.
