目的 了解乌鲁木齐市儿童预防接种信息系统实施后全市预防接种门诊护士对系统应用的满意度,为后期系统改善提供参考资料.方法 使用随机数字法在全市194家门诊系统用户进行抽样,共抽取352人作为调查对象.使用自制调查问卷进行电话调查,使用SPSS 21.0进行统计分析.结果 总体满意度评分为 (67.78±3.18),其中疫苗管理模块平均满意度评分为 (17.97±1.39)、冷链温控模块平均满意度评分为 (16.53±1.77)、预防接种管理模块平均满意度评分为 (16.6±1.72)、人员权限管理模块平均满意度为 (16.68±1.72) ;高级职称人员对各模块满意度评分均较低,年龄与疫苗管理模块 (r=-0.11,P=0.04) 和预防接种管理模块 (r=-0.12,P=0.04) 的满意度存在负相关,从事计免工作时长与人员权限管理模块存在正相关 (r=0.15,P=0.01),操作信息系统时长与总体满意度评分存在明显的正相关 (r=0.15,P=0.01).结论 乌鲁木齐市儿童预防接种信息管理系统在用户满意度上仍有提高的空间,主要考虑方向为高职称、高龄人员的需求及意见的听取上,以及对于新进预防接种工作人员的培训上,加快对系统的熟悉程度,从而尽快提高对系统的满意度及工作效率.","Objective To understand the satisfaction degree of the nurses in the vaccination clinic in Urumqi after the implementation of the information system for children vaccination, and provide reference for later system improvement. Methods A total of 352 people were selected randomly form 194 vaccination clinic. Self-made questionnaire was used for the telephone survey, and SPSS 21. 0 was used for statistical analysis. Results The overall satisfaction score was (67. 78± 3. 18), the vaccine management module average satisfaction score being (17. 97±1. 39), the average satisfaction score of the cold chain temperature control module being (16. 53±1. 77), the average satisfaction score of the vaccination management module being (16. 6±1. 72), the average satisfaction of personnel authority management module being (16. 68±1. 72). The satisfaction score of senior staff to each module was lower than that of the junior. There was a negative correlation between age and vaccine management module (r =-0. 11, P = 0. 04) and vaccination management module (r =-0. 12, P = 0. 04), a positive correlation between the length of work and the management module score (r = 0. 15, P = 0. 01), and a significant positive correlation between the time length of the operating information system and the overall satisfaction score (r = 0. 15, P = 0. 01). Conclusion Urumqi children's immunization information management system still need improvement over the user' s satisfaction. The main considerations are the needs and opinions of the high professional titles andsenior citizens, and to speed up the familiarity with the system for the training of newly recruited immunization workers so as to improve the satisfaction and efficiency of the system as soon as possible.
