教师作为教育者,在教育过程中起主导作用,而教育质量的提高,最终又取决于教师自身的素质。在面向二十一世纪我国职业教育迅速发展的今天,提高职业教师自身的素质已显得十分迫切。它直接关系到培养出来的学生在人才市场上的竞争能力,也直接影响到学校的声誉甚至兴衰。因此,在对学生进行强化素质教育的同时,教师更应注重自身素质的提高,我的体会就是育人·先育己。 Teachers as educators play a leading role in the process of education, and the improvement of the quality of education ultimately depends on the quality of teachers themselves.
