目的研究超声心动图指导对起搏器植入的作用。方法 40例起搏器植入患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各20例。观察组患者全程经超声心动图指导植入心脏起搏器穿刺左锁骨下静脉插入永久电极,对照组患者进行X线透视下经股静脉内置心室电极的手术方法。分析比较两组患者的手术时间、手术情况以后术后恢复情况。结果观察组的手术时间平均为(55.1±3.6)min短于对照组的(76.1±5.6)min,手术中穿刺与起搏器安放的准确率为95.0%高于对照组的70.0%,钢丝置入时间为(18.1±9.6)min,低于对照组的(29.0±10.1)min,术后并发症发生率为5.0%低于对照组的30.0%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声心动图比X线透视更安全高效,具有更大的推广价值。
Objective To study the effect of echocardiography guidance on pacemaker implantation. Methods Forty pacemakers were implanted in patients and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 20 cases in each group. Patients in the observation group were guided by echocardiography with a permanent pacemaker implanted into the left subclavian vein and patients in the control group underwent X-ray surgery through the femoral ventricular electrode. Analysis and comparison of two groups of patients surgery time, postoperative recovery after surgery. Results The average operation time of the observation group was (55.1 ± 3.6) min shorter than that of the control group (76.1 ± 5.6) min. The accuracy of puncture and pacemaker placement was 95.0% in the observation group compared with 70.0% in the control group. (18.1 ± 9.6) min, which was lower than that of the control group (29.0 ± 10.1) min. The incidence of postoperative complications was 5.0%, which was lower than that of the control group (30.0%, P <0.05) . Conclusion Echocardiography is safer and more effective than X-ray, which has greater promotion value.
