在我国的国家法律体系中,民商法占据着主导位置,对整个国家的法制建设有着极为关键的作用。但是在法律建设方面,民商法却处于相对薄弱的状态,所以,我国当前法制建设的重要任务就是加快民商法的建设,使其在社会主义市场经济建设中发挥出其应有的作用。本文首先介绍了民商法的涵盖范畴和发展现状,然后分析了我国民商法律制度中存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策,以使我国的民商法制度得到进一步完善和发展。
In our country’s legal system, civil and commercial law occupy a leading position and play an extremely crucial role in the legal construction of the entire country. However, in terms of legal construction, civil and commercial law is in a relatively weak state. Therefore, the important task of current legal system construction in our country is to speed up the construction of civil and commercial law so that it will play its due role in the socialist market economy. This article first introduces the scope and development status of civil and commercial law, then analyzes the existing problems in the legal system of civil and commercial in our country, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures so that the civil and commercial legal system of our country can be further perfected and developed.
