采用9个中叶类型、无性繁殖系的乌龙茶品种(系)为供试材料,研究了5—9龄期各茶季及各年鲜叶产量的基本遗传参数。结果表明,乌龙茶品种年鲜叶产量的广义遗传力为67.17%—83.06%,遗传变异系数为26.97%—40.47%,存在比较大选择潜力。各茶季鲜叶产量广义遗传力的相对估计值(高低位次)是春茶>夏茶>暑茶>秋茶,遗传变异系数大小顺序是秋茶、暑茶>夏茶>春茶。各茶季产量间、各茶季与年产量间的遗传相关均达显著或极显著水平。各茶季产量对年产量的直接效应是春茶>暑茶>夏茶>秋茶。研究提出,在乌龙茶品种产量性状选择中,应对5—7龄期春茶产量进行重点选择。
Nine kinds of oolong tea varieties (lines) of middle-type and asexual propagation lines were used as tested materials to study the basic genetic parameters of fresh leaf production in 5-9-year-old tea seasons and years. The results showed that the broad-leaved heritability of fresh leaves of Oolong tea varieties was 67.17% -83.06%, and the genetic variation coefficient was 26.97% -40.47%. There was a great potential for selection. The relative estimates of the general heritability of fresh leaf yield in each season were spring tea> summer tea> summer tea> autumn tea, and the order of the genetic variation coefficient was Qiu tea, summer tea> summer tea> spring tea. The annual correlation between the tea seasons and each tea season reached significant or extremely significant level. The direct effect of the annual yield of each tea on the annual output is spring tea> summer tea> summer tea> autumn tea. The study suggests that in the selection of yield traits of Oolong tea varieties, 5-7 instar spring tea production should be the key choice.
