采用原子力显微镜对Fe-Ni-C多晶体合金中的马氏体浮突进行了系统的定量研究,并与光学显微镜及扫描电子显微镜的观察结果进行了对比.在此基础上,利用PTMC理论,计算了试验材料中马氏体的切变角,与AFM测量的结果进行了对比,获得了满意的结果.
The martensitic bursts in Fe-Ni-C polycrystalline alloys were systematically and quantitatively investigated by atomic force microscopy and compared with the observation results of optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. Based on this, The shear angle of martensite in the test material was calculated and compared with the result of AFM measurement. Satisfactory results were obtained.
