在当前医疗事业不断改革的环境下,医院工作在实际运作中呈现出市场化的趋势,因此其在发展中竞争也就越来越激烈,医院管理中就迫切的需要提升其管理效率。在提升医院管理效率的过程中,人事部门是其中重要的管理部门,人事部门高效的运行,是保证医院整体效率运行高效的保证。因此,对于人事部门的运作机制以及人事管理方式的改革中,主要目的就是保证医院整体效率的提升,本文针对医院人事管理中出现的问题,提出了切实可行的管理措施,希望能够得到同行的借鉴。
