目的观察免费孕前优生健康检查夫妇对出生新生儿缺陷知识认知程度及健康护理干预对认知度提高效果。方法选取医院行免费孕前优生健康检查夫妇822对作为研究对象,采用出生新生儿缺陷知识调查问卷调查研究者对出生新生儿缺陷知识认知度,并对研究者实施健康护理干预,比较干预前后研究者对出生新生儿缺陷知识认知度掌握情况。结果调查显示,夫妇对最佳生育年龄、补充叶酸时间较了解,对其余出生新生儿缺陷知识了解程度较差。健康护理干预后,夫妇出生新生儿缺陷认知度优良率为85.16%,高于干预前的63.38%(P<0.01)。结论免费孕前优生健康检查夫妇对出生新生儿缺陷知识认知较差,通过健康护理干预可提高其对出生新生儿缺陷知识掌握度和认知度。
Objective To observe the cognition of free prenatal euthyphyla health checkup couple on neonatal defect of birth and health care intervention on cognitive improvement effect. Methods A total of 822 couples of prenatal euthyphyla health checkup were selected as research objects. The knowledge of birth defects neonates was used to investigate the cognition of neonates with newborns’ defects and the health care interventions were conducted. The pre- and post-intervention studies were compared Newborns on the understanding of birth defects awareness of the situation. Results The survey showed that couples knew more about the optimal age of childbirth and folic acid supplementation, and had a poor understanding of the rest of the neonatal birth defects. After the intervention of health care, the recognition rate of neonatal birth defects was 85.16%, higher than 63.38% before intervention (P <0.01). Conclusion The prenatal euthyphyla health checkup couples have poor cognition on the birth defects of newborns, and health care interventions can improve their mastery and awareness of the birth defects of newborns.
