油田输油管道内流过的原油含水率变化情况,长期以来是靠取样蒸馏法取得,费时费工,难于及时掌握管道内原油含水率变化情况。使用XSH—G 原油含水率监测仪后,便能及时了解管道内含水率的瞬时值。中国科学院兰州近代物理研究所,根据水和原油对低能X 射线的吸收系数差别较大的原理;用~(109)Cd 的22keV X 射线透射输油管道两侧。然后用薄碘化钠晶体加光电倍增管作探头组成的X 射线谱仪记录并打印出透过管道后的X 射线的计数率N。则含水率η可用以下公式计算。
The variation of the moisture content of crude oil flowing through the oil pipelines of the oilfield has long been achieved by the sampling and distillation method, which takes time and labor, making it difficult to grasp the changes of the moisture content of the crude oil in the pipeline in time. Then the X-ray spectrometer with thin sodium iodide crystal and photomultiplier tube as a probe records and prints out the counting rate N of the X-ray after passing through the pipeline. Then the moisture content η can be calculated using the following formula.
