选择一些优秀的中小学校作为校长实践学习基地,加强对校长实践能力的培养与锻炼,是提高中小学校长综合素质的有效途径之一。在中小学遴选一些优秀学校作为校长培训基地,提炼特色培训项目,探索基地的建设与运行模式,加强管理,发挥辐射带动作用。但在基地的选择、建设与管理上还需进行有效的实践探索。
Choosing some excellent primary and secondary schools as the principals ’practical learning base and strengthening the cultivation and training of the principals’ practical ability are one of the effective ways to improve the overall quality of primary and secondary school principals. In the primary and secondary schools, select some outstanding schools as principal training bases, refined training programs, explore base construction and operation mode, strengthen management and give full play to the role of radiation. However, there is still a need to conduct effective practical exploration in the selection, construction and management of the base.
