以羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)为基质制备米非司酮(1)分散体的粘贴膜剂。其体外溶出及经粘膜渗透均比常规的1片剂快。月桂氮 酮能加速膜剂的渗透速率,但对片剂并无作用。差示热分析研究表明米非司酮/HPMC固态分散体中1以分子状态存在。
Adhesive film preparation of mifepristone (1) dispersion with hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) as matrix. In vitro dissolution and transmucosal penetration are faster than the conventional 1 tablet. Azone could accelerate the permeation rate of the film but had no effect on the tablet. Differential thermal analysis studies indicate that 1 in the mifepristone / HPMC solid dispersion exists in a molecular state.
