目的 :研究养胃冲剂治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的临床疗效。方法 :将 16 0例慢性浅表性胃炎患者随机分为两组。治疗组 (12 0例 )用养胃冲剂 ,对照组 (40例 )用胃炎康治疗 ,对照观察两组疗效。结果 :治疗组对慢性浅表性胃炎患者胃粘膜水肿、斑点状充血或糜烂炎症程度、肠化及非典型增生均有较好的防治作用 ,对胃脘痞满、纳呆、胃痛、嗳气等症状具有较好疗效。两组总有效率分别为 92 .5 %、75 .0 % ,两组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :养胃冲剂主治脾胃虚弱型浅表性胃炎 ,对肝胃不和型、气滞血瘀型患者也有较好疗效。
Objective: To study the clinical efficacy of Yangwei Granule in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis. Methods: Six hundred patients with chronic superficial gastritis were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group (120 cases) was treated with Yangwei granules and the control group (40 cases) was treated with Weiyankang. The curative effect of the two groups was observed. RESULTS: The treatment group had good preventive and therapeutic effects on gastric mucosal edema, plaque-like congestion or erosion inflammation, intestinal metaplasia, and atypical hyperplasia in patients with chronic superficial gastritis, such as stomach cramps, poor appetite, stomach pain, belching, etc. Symptoms have a good effect. The total effective rates of the two groups were 92.5% and 75.0%, respectively, and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion : Yangwei granules can treat superficial gastritis with weak spleen and stomach, and it has good curative effect on patients with liver-gastric disharmony and qi stagnation and blood stasis.
