采用膏剂法和粉末法在小型簿钢板上进行了渗铝试验.结果表明,渗层性质除了取决于渗铝温度、保温时间、渗剂成分外,还与渗入方法、渗箱的密封性有关.渗铝钢板弯曲后渗层不发生开裂的能力与渗层厚度/板厚的比有关;板厚一定,随渗层厚度增加,弯曲时渗层易发生开裂.经920℃×6h粉末法渗铝的薄板试样弯曲至半径为10mm圆弧时,渗层完好。
The aluminizing test was carried out on a small-sized steel plate using the paste method and the powder method. The results show that the nature of the layer is dependent on the aluminizing temperature, the holding time and the composition of the penetrant, but also on the infiltration method and the tightness of the infiltration chamber. The ability of the aluminized steel sheet to be delaminated without cracking after being bent is related to the ratio of the thickness of the layer to the thickness of the sheet; the thickness of the sheet must be constant, with the thickness of the layer increasing, cracking of the layer is liable to occur during bending. After 920 ℃ × 6h powder aluminized veneer samples bent to a radius of 10mm arc, the impermeable layer intact.
