LT24合金为6xxx系铝合金,用户对该规格管材的尺寸、性能和表面质量要求很高,尤其是对外径和壁厚公差有特殊要求。为了满足用户的这一需求,我们对LT24T4φ63×1.5规格管材进行了试制,通过不断的试制总结,最终掌握了该规格管材的生产工艺,了解了该管材的性能,同时也掌握了该管材生产过程中轧制棱子的消除方法、减径量的控制、辊矫过程中应注意的问题及辊矫次数等。试制结果显示:该管材轧制后表面有轻微棱子,为了保证表面质量,消除内表面棱子,通过控制轧制毛料的壁厚在φ1.5~1.6mm范围内,淬火前,采用带芯头拉伸,消除了管材的这种缺陷。通过对该管材的进一步试制,确定了减径道次为3道次,辊矫次数为2次。 LT24 alloy 6xxx aluminum alloy, the user specifications of the pipe size, performance and surface quality requirements, especially on the outside diameter and wall thickness tolerances have special requirements. The results of the trial production show that the pipe has slight rims on the surface after rolling, and in order to ensure the surface quality and eliminate the inner surface rims, the wall thickness of the rolled wool is controlled within the range of φ1.5~1.6 mm and before quenching, Tension head, eliminating the pipe defects. Through the further trial of the pipe, it was confirmed that the reducing track was 3 passes and the number of roll corrections was 2 times.
