健身气功作为一项民族传统体育项目其调身、调息、调心的健身养生价值在社会上得到了较为广泛的认可,其中以中老年人居多。近几年,伴随着健身气功传播影响力的加深,习练人群也逐渐趋向于广泛化,文章以综述形式,分析总结健身气功在高校的传播及发展,并通过对已有研究成果进行了较为详尽的梳理分析,证明健身气功对大学生的生理机能调节、心理健康调节及其人文精神的培养都有着不可忽视的作用。因此,积极有效的加强高校健身气功课程的开设,不仅有利于促进健身气功的推广及普及,而且对大学生终身体育意识的培养也会起到一定的促进作用。
Health Qigong, as a national traditional sports item, has been widely recognized in the society for its fitness, palliative care and self-balancing fitness regimen, among which the middle-aged and the elderly are the most popular. In recent years, with the deepening of the influence of Health Qigong dissemination, the practice population tends to be more and more generalized. Based on the summary form, the article analyzes and disseminates the spread and development of Health Qigong in colleges and universities. By comparing the existing research results Detailed combing analysis proves that Health Qigong can not neglect the physiological function regulation, mental health regulation and humanistic spirit cultivation of college students. Therefore, actively and effectively strengthening the opening of Health Qigong Curriculum in colleges and universities is not only conducive to the promotion and popularization of Health Qigong, but also plays a role in promoting lifelong physical education among college students.
