根据线结构光视觉测头的光学成像特性 ,论证并建立了基于透视变换的摄像机及物像关系模型。提出了标定摄像机基本光学参数及视觉测头结构参数一种新方法—斜平面法。该方法分校准和标定两个步骤。先利用标准网格平面校准参考面 ,再利用斜平面上的标定栅格以及线结构光与斜面标定板所交亮带的图像信息标定出模型参数。该方法在保证标定精度的同时 ,简化了标定过程。是很有实用价值的标定方法
According to the optical imaging characteristics of line structured optical probe, the model of camera and object relationship based on perspective transformation is demonstrated and established. A new method of calibrating the basic optical parameters of the camera and the structural parameters of the visual probe is proposed - oblique plane method. The method is calibrated and calibrated in two steps. Firstly, the model parameters are calibrated by using the reference plane of the standard grid plane calibration, and then using the calibration grid on the inclined plane and the image information of the bright bands of the line structure light and bevel calibration plate. The method simplifies the calibration process while ensuring the calibration accuracy. Is a very useful method of calibration
