目的:测定枸杞子中铬的含量。方法:采用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定试样,其在357.9nm波长下的吸收值与铬含量成正比,建立标准曲线计算铬含量。结果:铬含量在0~20ng/mL浓度范围内与其吸光度值呈良好的线性关系,回收率为98%~102%,检出限为0.26ng/mL,RSD为3.0%。结论:石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定枸杞子中铬含量灵敏度高,条件可控,重现性好,值得推广使用。
Objective: To determine the content of chromium in medlar. Methods: The sample was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The absorbance at 357.9nm was in direct proportion to the chromium content, and the standard curve was established to calculate the chromium content. Results: The concentration of chromium in the range of 0 ~ 20ng / mL showed a good linear relationship with the absorbance.
