风洞工程中气源的品质直接影响风洞试验的精确性,鉴于气源系统的庞大和复杂性,为提高气源生产的安全性,以提供优质可靠的高压气体提出了一种基于Profibus/Profinet的气源自动化监控方案;通过设立若干个S7-200 PLC从站解决了系统节点较多的问题,根据监控系统不同分工建立了2个S7-300 PLC主站;由于现场设备的多样性,综合利用Modbus,Profibus-DP,Profinet等多种通讯协议,组建了气源工业控制网络。在此基础上,系统实现了远程监控、现场监控以及气体流量计量等功能;实际运行结果表明,设计与实现的气源自动化监控系统达到预期目的,具有很好的监控效果。
