要使研制的智能系统能够真正解决目前隧道爆破中存在的科学问题,就必须创建隧道爆破数据库以管理设计数据并为系统提供数据支持,建立爆破参数优化模型以使设计参数趋于最优。概述了数学建模技术的内涵,分析了煤矿雷管点火剂的应用要求,最后建立了数学建模技术在煤矿雷管点火剂优化设计中的应用体系与方案,取得了很好的效果。
To make the developed intelligent system truly solve the scientific problems existing in tunnel blasting, it is necessary to create a tunnel blasting database to manage the design data and provide data support for the system. The blasting parameter optimization model is established to optimize the design parameters. The connotation of mathematical modeling technology is summarized, the application requirements of mine detonator ignition agent are analyzed, and finally the application system and scheme of mathematical modeling technology in the optimization design of mine detonator ignition agent are established. The results have achieved good results.
