高等职业教育以职业能力为本位,具体而言就是以培养学生职业能力为核心,设计、组织、安排教学全过程。这里,笔者结合珠三角地区部分高职院校的探索和实践,对高职人才培养模式进行分析。
Higher vocational education to occupational ability as the standard, specifically to cultivate students’ professional ability as the core, design, organize and arrange the whole process of teaching. Here, the author combined with the exploration and practice of some vocational colleges in the Pearl River Delta region to analyze the training mode of vocational talents.
