立井井筒对于采用立井开拓方式的矿山来说是及其重要的生产和安全设施,对其进行变形监测是保障立井安全运营和维护的重要措施。利用激光垂准仪建立双激光基准进行井筒的变形监测具有效率高、稳定性强和占用井筒时间短等特点。本文针对双激光基准在井筒变形监测中的应用进行研究,提出了激光基准的建立和坐标传递的方法,并对其结果进行精度评定;分析了特征点和基准点位置关系对测量结果精度的影响,阐述了布设井筒变形监测网的要求。结果表明,激光基准能够代替钢丝锤球基准应用于井筒的变形监测中,并能获得较高的精度。
Shaft shaft is an important production and safety facility for mines that adopt vertical shaft development. Deformation monitoring is an important measure to ensure shaft safety operation and maintenance. It is characterized by high efficiency, strong stability and short time of occupying wellbore by using laser vertical collimator to establish double laser reference. In this paper, the application of double laser reference in the wellbore deformation monitoring is studied. The method of laser reference setting and coordinate transfer is put forward, and the accuracy of the results is evaluated. The effect of the relationship between the feature point and the reference point on the measurement accuracy is analyzed , Set forth the requirements of the wellbore deformation monitoring network. The results show that the laser reference can be used instead of the wire hammer ball baseball deformation monitoring, and can obtain higher accuracy.
