介绍了一种新的轴流泵叶轮的水力设计方法,推导了求解叶轮S1流面流动的积分方程。轴流泵叶轮的水力设计是以有厚叶栅的正问题计算作为基础,通过正、反问题迭代来完成的,它较传统的设计方法(奇点法、升力法)能更好地满足设计扬程的要求。实例计算表明,结果合理,叶轮型线光滑,程序运行时间用486微机约5min,因此是一种实用的设计方法。此外,该设计方法也可用于轴流式水轮机转轮的水力设计。
A new hydraulic design method of axial-flow pump impeller is introduced. The integral equation for solving the flow of impeller S1 flow surface is deduced. Hydraulic design of axial-flow pump impeller is based on the calculation of the positive problem with thick cascade, which is completed by the iteration of positive and negative problems. It can better meet the design requirements than the traditional design method (singular point method and lift method) Head of the request. The example calculation shows that the result is reasonable and the impeller profile is smooth. The program running time is about 5min with 486 microcomputer, so it is a practical design method. In addition, this design method can also be used for hydraulic design of axial-flow turbine runner.
