目的:探讨胰腺癌误诊为胃平滑肌肉瘤的原因,提高胰腺癌的早期诊断率。方法:回顾性分析我院2001年～2007年收治的胰腺癌患者误诊为胃平滑肌肉瘤的情况,收集其临床资料。结果:两例术前诊断为胃平滑肌肉瘤患者术中均证实为胰腺癌。结论:仔细询问病史,螺旋CT可降低胰腺癌的误诊率。
Objective: To investigate the misdiagnosis of pancreatic cancer as gastric leiomyosarcoma and to improve the early diagnosis rate of pancreatic cancer. Methods: A retrospective analysis of our hospital from 2001 to 2007, patients with pancreatic cancer misdiagnosed as gastric leiomyosarcoma, the clinical data were collected. Results: Two cases of preoperative diagnosis of gastric leiomyosarcoma patients were confirmed as pancreatic cancer during surgery. Conclusions: Careful medical history, spiral CT can reduce the misdiagnosis rate of pancreatic cancer.
