目的:探讨采用体外血脂滤过技术使血脂被分离的方法以达到分离清除血脂的效果。方法:回顾性研究上海中医药大学附属龙华医院急诊科32例诊断中含有高脂血症的患者,采用DELP将患者静脉血液中的血浆分离、过滤、回输。结果:血脂分离治疗前后血脂测定结果比较,各指标测定值显著降低,血液黏稠度降低(利用EXCL、SPSS数据进行分析)。结论:体外血脂滤过技术可以达到分离清除血浆中部分血脂的目的,降低血液粘稠度,预防心脑血管病的发生。
Objective: To explore the use of in vitro lipofiltration technology to separate blood lipids in order to achieve the effect of separation and removal of blood lipids. Methods: A retrospective study of 32 patients diagnosed with hyperlipidemia in the emergency department of Longhua Hospital affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine was performed. The plasma of patients’ venous blood was separated, filtered and returned by DELP. Results: Compared with the results of blood lipids before and after treatment, the measured values of each index decreased significantly and the blood viscosity decreased (using EXCL and SPSS data). Conclusion: In vitro lipofiltration technology can achieve the purpose of separating and removing some blood lipid in plasma, reduce blood viscosity and prevent the occurrence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
