美国教育家杜威说“:给孩子一个什么样的教育,就意味着给孩子一个什么样的生活!”新课标也呼唤人文精神的教育,呼唤充满生命温暖的课堂。审视我们教师的行为,我们始终习惯把学生看作是一个“认知体”。我们的语文课堂重思想转化,忽视生活情趣;重视知识积累,轻视文化融合;重教材示范,放松表达热情。一句话,没有把“人”放在教学的核心上。为了扭转这种观念和做法,我们要做到以下几点。
