张仲景在《伤寒论》阳明病篇以“胃家实”为基本病机提出了太阳阳明、脾约以及方剂麻子仁丸。对于太阳阳明、脾约及麻子仁丸各自的阐述,后世医家代有发挥,多有妙论,然对于三者的联系却略有不足。本文通过对太阳阳明、脾约各自含义的论述,认为二者是对疾病表里同病及虚实夹杂动态发病过程的概括。麻子仁丸作为太阳阳明与脾约发病过程中的交叉点,其药物组成涵盖了病机的表里及虚实两面。而只有对太阳阳明、脾约及麻子仁丸各自的含义及其关系进行充分认识,才能将其灵活运用并获得满意的临床治疗效果。
Zhang Zhongjing in the “Treatise on Febrile Diseases” Yangming disease articles to “Stomach House ” as the basic pathogenesis proposed Sun Yangming, spleen about and prescription Mazi Ren Wan. For the Sun Yangming spleen and Mazi Renwan their respective statements, the later generation of physicians to play, there are many wonderful theory, however, the connection between the three is somewhat inadequate. Through the discussion of the respective meanings of sun yangming and spleen, this article concludes that both of them are the generalizations of the dynamic process of the same disease and the actual situation of the disease. Mazi Ren Wan as the sun and the spleen about the pathogenesis of the intersection process, the composition of the drug covers the pathogenesis of both inside and outside the actual situation. Only the full understanding of the meaning of Sun Yangming, spleen and Mazi Ren Wan and their relationship can be used flexibly and satisfactory clinical treatment results can be obtained.
