The effect of cigarette smoke condensate on the micronucleus rate of BALB / c C3T3 cells was measured by binucleate cell micronucleus test. The indexes of removal of mutagenic substances in cigarette smoke by different filter plugs were studied. The results showed that, with and without S_9, cigarette smoke condensate-induced micronucleus rate is basically the same, S_9 itself has no effect on the micronucleus rate. Used
