中小学教师资格国家统一考试制度经历了萌芽、“省考”和“国考”三个阶段。“国考”笔试及面试内容未能全面、准确、客观反映出小学教育专业学生在校学习所获得的知识、技能与能力水平。“国考”制度会引起小学教育专业的课程设置调整、培养模式变化以及生源的减少。这种调整与变化不利于小学教育专业培养高素质的小学教师。为了降低或减轻这种不利影响,要么应根据有利于小学教育专业科学发展的标准改革“国考”中有关小学教师资格考试的考试科目、内容和形式,要么应直接规定只有小学教育专业毕业人员才能参加“国考”以获取小学教师资格证。
The national unified examination system for primary and secondary school teachers has experienced three stages: germination, provincial examination and national examination. “State Examination ” written and interview content fails to comprehensively, accurately and objectively reflect the level of knowledge, skills and abilities acquired by primary education students in school. “National exam ” system will lead to primary school education curriculum adjustment, training mode changes and students to reduce. In order to reduce or mitigate this adverse effect, either the subjects, contents and forms of examination concerning the qualification examination for primary school teachers in “State Examination” should be reformed according to the standards conducive to the scientific development of primary education, or only the primary education Graduates to participate in “State Examination ” to obtain primary school teacher qualification certificate.
