三七糖衣片系浙江省药品标准所列的品种之一,常见制品往往有裂片现象。片剂裂片原因主要是水份内渗,片芯吸水膨胀,当膨胀力大于包衣层的紧固力时,则糖衣片产生开裂。一般水份内渗途径有二,其一是包衣过程中糖浆水份的渗入又未吹干;其二是包装贮藏过程中水份的吸收。三七糖衣片裂片现象更是常见,为此从工艺上作些探讨,
Sanqi sugar-coated tablets are one of the varieties listed in the Zhejiang Drug Standard. Common products often have slivers. The cause of tablet splinters is mainly water infiltration, and the tablet core absorbs water and expands. When the swelling force is greater than the fastening force of the coating layer, the sugar-coated tablet is cracked. There are two ways to infiltrate water. One is the infiltration of syrup water during the coating process and the other is not dried. The second is the absorption of moisture during the storage of the package. The sliver phenomenon of the sugar-coated tablets in the March 7 season is even more common. Therefore, some discussion is made on the process.
