由于源文化特质、文化形成过程、社会经济结构、种族结构、自然环境等各方面因素的影响,拉美文化具有典型的多样性。文化的多样性在文化来源、文化形式、文化品格、文化载体等方面均有体现。多样拉美文化的形成与发展经历了数百年以文化混合为典型特征的历程。为维护并进一步促进文化的多样性,拉美各国在文化理念、文化权、公共文化服务、文化遗产、文化产业、文化交流等领域采取了众多举措,取得了良好效果,值得借鉴。
Due to the characteristics of source culture, culture formation, socio-economic structure, ethnic structure, natural environment and other factors, Latin American culture has typical diversity. Cultural diversity is reflected in cultural sources, cultural forms, cultural qualities and cultural carriers. The formation and development of diverse Latin American culture have undergone centuries of cultural mixing as a typical feature of the process. In order to safeguard and further promote cultural diversity, Latin American countries have taken many measures in the fields of cultural concept, cultural rights, public cultural services, cultural heritage, cultural industries and cultural exchanges, and achieved good results and are worth learning from.
