本文根据国内外调研资料,对饱和潜水系统(SDS)单人常压可潜器(ADS)和无人遥控可潜器(ROV)的技术和经济性能作了较为祥尽的对比分析及综合评定。本评定选用最大可用作业深度、作业功效和人身安全性作为技术评定指标,选择初始投资和日常营运费作为经济评定指标。评定结果表明:(1)最大可作业深度:ROV最大,ADS次之,SDS最小;(2)作业功效:SDS最佳,ADS次之,ROV较差;(3)人身安全性:ROV绝对可靠,ADS较佳,SDS最差;(4)作业成本:SDS最高,ROV次之,ADS最廉。本文在评定的基础上,提出了系统一般选择原则和我国开展水下作业系统研制工作的原则建议。文中附有SDS和ADS及ROV有关进展三个附录,以供读者查考。
Based on the domestic and foreign research data, this paper makes comparative comparative analysis and comprehensive assessment of the technical and economic performance of SDSS single-person potential submersibles (ADS) and unmanned remote-controlled submersibles (ROVs) . The assessment uses the maximum available working depth, operational effectiveness and personal safety as a technical evaluation index, select the initial investment and daily operating expenses as economic indicators. The results showed that: (1) The maximum workable depth: ROV maximum, followed by ADS, SDS minimum; (2) work efficiency: SDS best, followed by ADS, ROV worse; (3) personal safety: ROV absolutely reliable , ADS is better, SDS is the worst; (4) Operating cost: SDS is highest, ROV is second, ADS is cheapest. Based on the assessment, this paper puts forward the principle of system general selection and the principle of developing underwater operation system in our country.
