目的 观察丁苯酞注射液联合尤瑞克林治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效.方法 选取2017年2月—2019年10月在苏州大学附属第二医院神经内科住院的急性脑梗死患者154例,按治疗方式不同分为三组,各组在一般治疗方案的基础上分别给予丁苯酞注射液、尤瑞克林、丁苯酞注射液联合尤瑞克林治疗14 d.比较三组患者治疗后美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分,Barthel指数以及治疗总有效率.结果 三组患者治疗后NIHSS评分均较治疗前下降,Barthel指数较治疗前升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且联合组治疗后NIHSS评分较单一用药组降低明显,联合组治疗后的Barthel指数较另外两组明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).联合组治疗后总有效率明显高于单一用药组(P<0.05).结论 丁苯酞注射液联合尤瑞克林治疗急性脑梗死能明显改善患者神经功能缺损症状,提高治疗效果.
