目前,学校的统一考试多,定量分析多;编制试卷凭经验的多,靠剪辑的多;商业性的单元练习多,旧题多。这在相当程度上助长了“题海训练”,很多教师已经不会编拟试卷了,这会大大制约教师教学能力的发展。因此,提高教师钻研作业与试题的编制能力显得特别重要。于是,我们组织了一次小学语文教师命题竞赛活动。 At present, there are many unified examinations in schools and many quantitative analyzes.
