“十二五”期间,国家为保障和改善民生,将建立健全基本公共服务体系,着力推进基本公共服务均等化。邮政作为国家重要的社会公用企业,应当抓住政策和市场机会,介入民生服务领域。广东邮政在2011年全省工作会议上提出,将打造服务品质最优、服务范围最广的服务民生主渠道作为广东邮政“十二五”期间的总体战略定位。如何完善现有的公共服务平台,打造服务民生的主渠道,进一步提升市场份额和企业地位,广东邮政进行了初步的思考。
During the 12th Five-Year Plan period, in order to protect and improve people’s livelihood, the state will establish and improve a basic public service system and strive to promote the equalization of basic public services. As an important national public utility enterprise, postal services should seize the policy and market opportunities and intervene in the livelihood services. Guangdong Post put forward at the provincial work conference in 2011 that it will build the main channel of serving the people’s livelihood with the best service quality and the most extensive service as the overall strategic positioning of Guangdong Post during the “12th Five-Year Plan” period. How to perfect the existing public service platform, build the main channel to serve the people’s livelihood, and further enhance the market share and the status of the enterprise, made a preliminary reflection on Guangdong Post.
