应用HP6890气相色谱对汽油中含氧化合物(醇类和醚类)含量的分析方法进行了研究。采用柱切换—反吹气相色谱技术,利用强极性的微填充TCEP不锈钢柱作预切柱,放空挥发性轻烃,保留醇醚类含氧化合物,并将其反吹至石英毛细管WCOT柱进行详细分离,分析了阀切换时间可能影响定量准确性的原因,通过调整预切柱位置建立最佳的实验条件,用内标法定量,同时对方法的准确度和精密度进行了验证。结果表明,采用气相色谱分析技术,可以快速、准确地测定清洁汽油中的含氧化合物含量。
HP6890 gas chromatography was used to analyze the content of oxygenated compounds (alcohols and ethers) in gasoline. Column switching - backflushing gas chromatography was used to pre-column TCEP stainless steel columns with strong polarity. The volatile light hydrocarbons were vented and the alcohol ether oxygen-containing compounds were retained and back-blown onto quartz capillary WCOT column The reasons for the possible influence of the valve switching time on the quantitative accuracy were analyzed. The optimal experimental conditions were established by adjusting the position of the pre-cut column, and the internal standard method was used for quantification. The accuracy and precision of the method were also verified. The results show that the gas chromatographic analysis can quickly and accurately determine the content of oxygenates in clean gasoline.
