随着社会的发展和经济的进步,越来越多行政事业单位在履行部门职责的同时,也承担起建设单位的角色,加之经济全球化的不断深入和发展,以及国家对建设项目投资力度的逐渐加大,使得建设项目的数量在逐渐增长,相应的,如何安全高效高质地完成建设项目,逐渐成为了单位领导和相关工作人员十分关心和重视的问题之一,但是受各种主客观因素的影响,行政事业单位建设项目在整个建设过程中依旧存在某些风险,所以本文从内部控制的角度,探究了现阶段行政事业单位建设项目的主要风险,阐述了风险防控的关键点,进一步提出了行之有效的控制措施,以期能够起到抛砖引玉的作用,使得更多的业界人士能够关心和重视此问题,进而使得行政事业单位的建设项目能够更好更快的投建和运作。
